Where is the safest and most accurate place in the Salt Lake Vacinity to see how close you can get to red line in 6th? I am not affiliated with any state or goverment enity. I am very aware of hikers and bikers and their in pack on certain places. Does the street racing law reguarding confiscation of the racing vehicle also apply to speeding where no racing is involved?

Utah traffic code inregard to a speed contest or just plain speediding more than twenty mph over the limit is reckless driving, with a higher penalty invoked, much more than any street racing law. If you are going to try rember that reckless driving covers private property as well as decdicated streets and roadways ! Only certified raceways are exzempt.
